Gordon Hawthorn

Following graduation from Glasgow University in 2003 Gordon started his career in a predominately private practice in Oban. This time was followed by a position held between the Oral and Maxillofacial Unit at the Southern General Hospital (which dealt with facial surgery, trauma and cancers) and Govanhill Community centre providing care to anxious and medically compromised patients.

Having gained his MFDS through the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons Glasgow in 2005, Gordon continued his postgraduate education by completing a diploma in restorative and aesthetic dentistry through the University of Central Lancashire in 2011.

Away from the surgery Gordon is a very keen golfer, and runner, having already completed several marathons.
